Cayman Islands

Well, we are back in the cold after a wonderful, warm week in the Cayman Islands! Grammy and Papa joined us, and enjoyed spoiling they boys for the week! We had a great time on the beach, the weather was near perfect- despite the few days of unusually windy weather for the Caymans! Cooper had a great time swimming in the ocean and playing in the sand- going for as long as he could every day until he eventually passed out on the beach chairs! Logan hung out in the shade mostly, but he seemed to find the sand pretty fascinating by the end of the week! Coop and Grammy enjoyed looking for the iguanas and lizards every day; we even found a very tiny baby one, and Coop actually wanted to hold it....a rare thing, I might add! It couldn't have been a better trip!

The Polar Express

Well, it's almost Christmas already and it has been busy and crazy and so much fun! The highlight of the month thus far was definitely the trip up to North Carolina to ride the Polar Express! We traveled up to NC with some very good friends, making it a very full weekend- full of food, fun and great memories! Oh- did I fail to mention topping the night off by staying in a very "creaky", old, supposedly haunted mountain inn! We obviously made it..... Cooper had a great time on the train with his good buddy Kate! Logan actually stayed awake the whole time and did not start screaming until the very end! It was a good time!

The Pink Pig!

We officially kicked off the holiday season today by taking Coop to ride the famous "Pink Pig" !! Off course, while we were there mommy had to check out the new PB kids store, but Coop didn't mind because he was atleast able to occupy his time by playing with the "big crane" ( a very cool toy, by the way!) The boys did ride in style while we were there....pretty cool, huh???? I must admit, I do think it is the greatest stroller ever!!
